Alchemilla a Michelin Star Restaurant Case Study.

Alchemilla was awarded a Michelin star in 2019 and currently holds four rosettes in the AA Guide for Culinary Excellence. Located in Nottingham, Alchemilla is a fine dining restaurant that offers a range of vegetable-centric dishes, complemented by fish and meat options, and paired with a carefully curated wine selection.
