About the role
Our account managers are the single point of contact for every mid-market client. You will run a portfolio from the moment the contract is signed through every renewal after that, working with the trading desk on tender timing and with our operations team on day-to-day account queries. Retention and client NPS are your two headline KPIs.
What you'll do
- Manage contract renewals across a portfolio of 40–60 accounts, 3–50 sites each
- Coordinate tender timing with the trading desk and tender delivery with operations
- Run quarterly business reviews, walking clients through their consumption, cost, and carbon reports
- Act as the escalation point for anything the client is unhappy with
What we look for
- 3+ years in commercial energy account management, broking, or B2B utilities
- Comfortable with half-hourly data, third-party charges, and multi-site billing
- Organised, youwill hold a rolling 12-month renewal diary
- Direct communication style, ourclients do not enjoy fluff
